A wheat belly is the term used to recite an overweight belly that occurs because a someone eats too much wheat. This is because many experts, including Dr. Davis, believe that wheat is not the "healthy, whole grain" it is claimed to be. We were always taught to believe that wheat was a whole grain that we should eat as part of a quarterly diet. If we ate sufficient of this wheat, we would be healthy and strong.

More evidence is advent to be known, however, that wheat has an inflammatory result on the body. This is because the modern wheat that is in existence today has a protein in it called gliadin. This protein has an addictive effect, which causes citizen to go ahead and crave more wheat, thus foremost to them eating more of it.
